All items are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Within Canada

We currently ship exclusively within Canada.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

• Ontario: 2–7 business days
• Rest of Canada: 3–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, remote locations, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order.

Any applicable free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout. Blue Collar Bankroll is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Blue Collar Bankroll is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly and notify us so we can assist where possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will review the issue and work promptly to find a resolution.
